Software Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide development teams in designing and implementing robust software architecture across multiple projects.
• Take ownership of technical discussions and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our software systems.
• Lead company-wide training, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and R&D efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, defining the company's strategic technical focus for the years ahead.
• Participate in pre-sales efforts by creating proof of concepts and developing project proposals.

Is this you?

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Software Architect.
• Possess a deep understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in software design principles, design patterns, and language paradigms (OO, functional, etc.).
• Experienced in leading technical discussions and initiating feedback loops.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and a strong desire for personal development.
• Strong in English communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at conceptual thinking.
• Highly organized with leadership abilities and experience working in a team environment.
• Reside in Vietnam.
