Our Approach

We started by rebuilding the existing website and then developed a hybrid web app, followed later by a native mobile app. The choice for hybrid development was driven by the simplicity of the platform and its limited hardware requirements. This allowed us to deliver a stable and scalable product efficiently.

While design is one of our services, Sportpartner chose to work with an external party for the visual design. In close collaboration with this external designer, the solution gradually took shape. Our technical implementation was seamlessly aligned with the provided design, ensuring that functionality and user experience went hand in hand.

Technologies

The platform was rebuilt from the ground up using robust web technologies. This resulted in a stable and scalable backend, as well as a responsive frontend suitable for various devices and screen sizes.
 We also chose hybrid app development. Instead of creating separate native apps for iOS and Android, we opted for a single-codebase hybrid solution. This reduced both development time and maintenance costs. This approach was feasible due to the platform’s relatively simple functionality and low hardware demands.

Project Timeline

The collaboration began around nine years ago with a team of four developers. Over time, the infrastructure was improved and optimized. Now that the platform is fully operational, ongoing maintenance is handled by a dedicated team member. Development was organized into six-month sprint phases.
